Job Description

As a Senior Inside Sales Representative at Palni, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through effective communication and relationship-building with potential customers in the US market. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales, particularly with a focus on the US market.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting
    Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research and cold calling.
    Build a robust pipeline of opportunities for the sales team.
  2. Customer Engagement
    Conduct outbound calls to engage with prospects and understand their business needs.
  3. Sales Presentations
    Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
    Address customer queries and objections to facilitate the sales process.
  4. Sales Cycles
    Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
    Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
  5. Sales Metrics
    Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications

    1. Educational Background
      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    2. Experience
      5 years of proven experience in inside sales, mandatory in US-based market.
      Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
    3. Skills
      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      Proficient in cold calling and lead generation techniques.
      Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
    4. Availability
      Flexibility to work US hours to align with the target market.
