Job Description
As a Senior Inside Sales Representative at Palni, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through effective communication and relationship-building with potential customers in the US market. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales, particularly with a focus on the US market.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Prospecting
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research and cold calling.
Build a robust pipeline of opportunities for the sales team. - Customer Engagement
Conduct outbound calls to engage with prospects and understand their business needs. - Sales Presentations
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Address customer queries and objections to facilitate the sales process. - Sales Cycles
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads. - Sales Metrics
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience
5 years of proven experience in inside sales, mandatory in US-based market.
Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to navigate complex sales cycles. - Skills
