Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead cloud administration for our clients, including managing AWS billing, ensuring best practices, and being the go-to person for all cloud-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong client interaction skills and be capable of overseeing and guiding a small team of DevOps engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage AWS cloud infrastructure for client environments.
- Handle cloud administration, including billing, security, and best practices.
- Ensure smooth operations through automation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with client teams, acting as the primary point of contact for cloud-related concerns.
- Guide and mentor junior DevOps engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of DevOps experience, with strong AWS expertise.
- Excellent client communication and leadership skills.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in AWS platform.
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure design and maintenance for large enterprise projects using Cloud Formation Template/Terraform.
- Proficiency in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and automation tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
- Ability to manage a team of junior DevOps engineers.
- AWS Certified (Professional level preferred).
Preferred
- AWS Certified DevOps or Systems Engineer (Professional level).
- Experience in billing management and cloud cost optimization.
